Galletas Navideñas


Seguimos recomendando cosas ricas que podemos hacer para la fiesta familiar, del trabajo o entre amigos así como ese detalle que envueltos en una cajita se puede regalar y uno queda muy bien para estas fechas y no andar gastando plata en cosas materiales que a veces salen más caras y son difíciles de quedar bien con todos... todos comemos al final de cuentas, poca posibilidad de quedar mal...

Ingredientes

1 taza de maní sin sal
1 taza de mantequilla sin sal
2/3 de taza de azúcar granulada
2 huevos grandes
1 cucharadita de vainilla
2 tazas de harina todo uso
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 cucharadita de canela molida
¼ cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de cáscara de limón
Azúcar para espolvorear
1 taza de mermelada que prefiera pero que no tengan semillas grandes

Preparación

Caliente el horno a 375 ° F / 190° C.

Coloque el maní en un procesador de alimentos y procesarlas hasta que tengan una textura media fina.

Cubra las bandejas de hornear galletitas con papel de aluminio.
Mezcle la mantequilla y el azúcar con una batidora eléctrica a velocidad media alta hasta que tenga una textura ligera y cremosa.

Agregue los huevos y mézclelos hasta que la masa quede suave, luego la vainilla y mezcle bien.

En otro bowl, mezcle la harina, el maní, el polvo de hornear, la canela, la sal y la cáscara de limón. Ir agregando la mezcla de harina a la mezcla de mantequilla y mezcle bien.

Poner la masa en el congelador hasta que esté firme, aproximadamente entre 30 a 50 minutos.
