Ensalada de Brócoli y Papas
Me la encontré en la web, me pareció justo compartirlas con ustedes pues suena interesante y sobretodo rica... se imaginan para la fiesta de fin de año para acompañar un pollito o una carnita...
Las aceitunas son opcionales pero no estan de más... rinde la ensaladita para 4 o 6 personas...
Ingredientes
2 tazas de flores de brócoli (previamente hervidas 2 minutos y picadas)
2 papas grandes (cocidas y cortadas en cuadritos)
1 docena de aceitunas (picadas)
2 zanahorias (ralladas)
Salsa vinagreta
Preparación
Después de picar todo, poner en una fuente, aderezar con la salsa vinagreta
