Chuleta con salsa de café


Ahora que MegaSuper regaló cinco chuletas de cerdo jejejeje que tal si hacemos una receta con café y chuletas... claro apenas lo que me recomendó la nutricionista ayer XD jajaja

Gracias a Sabores, ¡les recomiendo esta receta!

Ingredientes

* 4 chuletas de cerdo gruesas
* aceite para freír chuletas
* 3 cdas. de vinagre de arroz
* 3 cdas. de azúcar morena
* 1 cda. café instantáneo diluida en 1 taza de agua tibia
* 1 cdita. de mostaza Dijon
* 2 dientes de ajo picados
* 1 cdita. de salsa tipo inglesa
* 1 cdita. de adobo de chile chipotle
* 1/2 rollo de menta fresca,
* 3 cdas. de caldo de res o agua
* sal y pimienta al gusto
* 1/4 de taza de pasas

Preparación

Mezcle el café disuelto en agua tibia con la mostaza, el vinagre, el azúcar, la salsa inglesa, el adobo de chile chipotle y los ajos.

Añada las hojas de menta picadas, la sal y la pimienta.

Limpie bien las chuletas y póngalas en el adobo, déjelas macerar de 2 a 3 horas.
Después de este tiempo, cocínelas en un sartén bien caliente con aceite, sazónelas con sal y pimienta.

Aparte, cuele el líquido del adobo y lícuelo con las pasas.

Saque las chuletas del sartén y vierta sobre él el líquido del adobo para desgrasarlo, cocine hasta que espese y sirva como salsa de las chuletas. Si lo desea, puede agregar más pasas.

Nivel de complejidad: fácil.
Tiempo de preparación: 2-3 horas con tiempo de maceración.
Rinde: 4 porciones.
