Mocha Caliente
No crean que me he olvidado de ustedes y esas bebidas calientes para estos climitas de pijamas y cobijas... un cafecito caliente con chocolatito hummmm...
Ingredientes:
6 tazas de café colado
1/2 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de cacao sin dulce
6 cucharadas de Kahlúa (licor con sabor a café)
Preparación:
Verter todos los ingredientes, excepto el Kahlúa, en una cacerola y mezclar bien. Cocinar la mezcla a fuego mediano hasta que esté caliente. (Que no hierva) Retirar la mezcla del fuego y echar el Kahlúa.
Rinde 13 raciones (1/2 taza por ración)
