1/4 cda. de sal
1 cda. de salsa inglesa
1/4 cda. de pimienta blanca
Preparación:
Cocine y luego pique el palmito. Elimine las partes duras y utilice solamente las suaves.Fría la cebolla, el chile y los ajos en el aceite y luego agregue la 1/2 barra de mantequilla. Agregue uno a uno los demás ingredientes, menos el palmito y el culantro. Por último, revuelva el palmito y el culantro y cocine por unos 3 minutos.
