Muñeco de Helado
De tener a mis sobrinas en casa pasaría cocinando para ellas!!! Encontré esta receta para quien quiera chinear a sus hij@s o sobrin@s... o hasta sus amig@s, porqué no?
Ingredientes
1 lata de leche condensada
60g de chocolate amargo
500g de helado de vainilla
Chips de chocolate
Palitos muy finos de zanahoria
Preparación
Derretir durante 35 segundos el chocolate en microondas.
Agregar la leche condensada y vuelve a llevar al microondas durante 1 minuto.
Revuelve para mezclar los ingredientes.
Vierte esta mezcla caliente en el fondo de vasos de vidrio pequeños.
Colocar una bolita mediana de helado dentro del vasito, y por encima otra bolita más pequeña de helado. Dales forma con una cuchara de helado si es necesario.
Coloca los ojos de chips de chocolate y la nariz de zanahoria.
Lleva al congelador hasta el momento de servir.
