Bizcocho de Aceite de Oliva
Ingredientes
5 huevos
1 yogurt natural
1 medida de yogurt de aceite de oliva
2 medidas de yogurt de azúcar
3 medidas de yogurt de harina
1 sobre de levadura
30 gr. de mantequilla
Preparación
Separa las claras de las yemas de los huevos. Estas últimas las batiremos junto con el yogurt, el aceite de oliva, el azúcar y la harina con la levadura. Deberemos batir con una varilla hasta conseguir una mezcla suave y homogénea, sin grumos.
Monta las claras de huevo a punto de nieve e incorpóralas a la mezcla anterior con sumo cuidado, mediante movimientos envolventes.
Vierte la masa del bizcocho en un molde rectangular,previamente engrasado con mantequilla o PAM.
Introduce en el horno, precalentado a 200ºC, durante 35 minutos.
Transcurrido el tiempo, sacaremos del horno y dejaremos enfriar antes de desmoldar.
