Arroz con Menta
Ingredientes
100 gramos de arroz
Menta fresca
1 limón
3 vasos de leche
Canela
Preparación
Para hacer este arroz con leche a la menta empezaremos calentando la leche, con hojas de menta y canela, además de un poco de la piel del limón bien limpia. Una vez que esté a punto de hervir, echamos el arroz y luego removemos lentamente.
Se debe dejar cocer durante 20 minutos a fuego lento, hasta que la textura sea la que te gusta. Cuando se echa el arroz podemos retirar la canela en rama, la menta y el limón. Una vez que esté frío, adornaremos con canela molida y unas hojas de menta.
