Ingredientes
1 paquete de queso crema
3 claras de huevo batidas l 1 taza de azúcar
1 cda de azúcar glass
1/2 taza de crema batida
1 paquete de galletas de vainilla o sus preferidas (ver receta anterior)
1 taza de almíbar
1/2 libra de frambuesas
Preparación
Muela la mitad de frambuesas hasta que se hagan puré y póngalas a fuego lento con el azúcar y un poco de agua hasta crear una salsa.
Luego haga un merengue con las claras de huevo y una cucharada de azúcar glass.
En un recipiente aparte trabaje el queso crema a punto de pomada y añada la salsa junto con el merengue y la crema batida. Haga movimientos envolventes.
Disponga las galletas en el fondo del molde y remoje con el almíbar.
Vacíe la mezcla y refrigere por dos horas.
Desmolde y decore con el resto de frambuesas u otras frutas.
