Preparación
Salsa Tártara:
Colocar todos los ingredientes en un bowl. Mezclar y salpimentar. Reservar en la heladera. Rociar el pescado con jugo de limón y salpimentar. Ubicar la manteca en una sartén y llevar a fuego medio hasta fundir.
