1 k de brócoli
3 cucharadas de mantequilla
3 tazas de leche light
Sal
Pimienta
Preparación
Cocinar el brócoli en agua con sal hasta que esté tierno. Colar y eliminar el agua.
Licuar el brócoli con la leche, mantequilla, sal y pimienta.
Servir en plato sopero y adornar con crutones (pequeños cubos de pan frito en mantequilla con unas gotas de aceite) o con tallitos de brócoli cocido.
