Ingredientes
* 6 manzanas
* Un palito de canela
* 100 gr de azúcar moreno
* Un limón
* 500 ml de nata
* Unas hojas de menta fresca
* Vino dulce
Preparación
Pelar las manzanas y meterlas en un cazo con un poco de agua (3 cucharadas), una cucharada de vino dulce y el palito de canela. Calentar y dejar a fuego lento durante 25 minutos. Quitar el palito de canela, machacar las manzanas hasta que se haga un puré, quitar el líquido que sobra, y dejar enfriar.
Montar la nata. Mezclar la nata con el puré frio y añadir la piel rallada de un limón. Colocar en el frigorífico.
Servir en copas individuales y adornar con una hoja de menta fresca.
Suena bien... a donde se puede conseguir esa cantidad de nata? Es un ingrediente de esos de supermercado?
